We accept donations of equipment shipped to the following address. If dropping equipment off at our warehouse, please call us, in advance, to arrange a mutually convenient time.

If you have a large quantity of items to send to Pitch In For Baseball, we recommend that items be grouped by category. For example, ship bats in one box, gloves in another, etc.

We can accept packages of any size, shape and weight. Your local shipping carrier can help you determine any size or weight restrictions they may have.

If you have a large shipment, or your donated goods are traveling a great distance, over-the-road shipping carriers may reduce the cost.

We encourage those within driving distance of Philadelphia to come to our warehouse to drop off equipment and see our operation, first hand. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time for drop off.

We ask that individual donors or sponsor groups pay for the cost of getting goods to our warehouse.

Again, if you have a large number of items and shipping them to us is cost prohibitive, please call and we'll do our best to help.
