Applicant Responsibilities:

All applicants will be required, as condition of receipt of the donation, to fulfill the following conditions:

  • Pay for all shipping costs (PIFB will help provide an estimate of costs following receipt of your request).
  • Pay for any and all duties and taxes levied by the applicant’s customs authorities (international program applicants only)
  • Provide PIFB with photos of the recipient children and thank you letters from players, parents, coaches or league officials within 3 months of the receipt of the donation. It is acknowledged that PIFB has the right to use these pictures or letters to promote its charitable efforts
  • Launder all donated clothing and uniforms before they are distributed
  • Inspect all equipment for safety. Recipient indemnifies PIFB and its officers, directors, employees and volunteers from any liability or damages resulting from the use of any donated items. The decision to use an item is yours and yours alone.
  • Publicize the receipt of the donation within their own national or local media
  • Acknowledge the support of PIFB within all public documents, websites, press materials and public statements related to the program or league
  • Complete a post donation survey within one year of the donation
